CAT OF THE MONTH: March 2006
March 2006
"Phineas"
Here is a photo of my cat Mr. Phineas. When I see him I just call to him,"Hey Boy" in a deep voice, like Billy Crystal's father did in "CitySlickers". I guess it is not your usual cat photo, he was sitting on the computer chair and I just made the background dark to block the junk, I liked the way it came out. Phineas's best friend is Sophie, our Golden Retriever; they hang out together all the time. Phineas has a funny habit: everytime he comes in from outside he has to eat. Even if he just finished eating and goes out for one minute, he has to eat again.

Congratulations, Bill! What an BEAUTIFUL looking cat, and an INCREDIBLE photograph to boot!
:)
Now that's a pretty kitty. An' a very good photo too. Fer a while I wuz tryin' ta get the li'l fella ta come sit on my lap, but then I rememberd I wuz workin' at the computer and it wuz jus' a digital image. But I bet that happens ta everyone.
FLATCAT: Oh MY GOSH!! You actually changed your name AND your avatar??? Okay, I'm going to make you an HONORARY Cat of the Month!
Check out the sidebar in a couple of minutes, okay??
DUBYA: Oh my gosh...and YOU'RE the person in charge of running this country!? Call me crazy, but you sound like a real dip-sh*t!! ;)
how wonderful & a nice tribute to a kitty kat. kudos to the kat :)
Hey, I was just kidding around! I didn't change my avatar....just used an inactive account I had been saving for no particular reason.
But thanks for re-instating the Flatcat. Not at all necessary though. Bill's cat is really quit handsome, and the goofy-looking Flatcat is a bit of a distraciton.
Really, though, Flatcat is hououred. But you can take him down. Besides, the name reminds me of poor Tiger, and the untimely end that he met. :(
But he was a good cat, and I'm sure he knew what he was doing :)
Thank you; I am honored being the first “Cat of the Month”. I would like to thank the Catademy for their votes. My manager thought it was a risk doing a film Noir but it seemed to work out. Most of my films are action films like, Chipmunk Hell and Attack of the Killer Mice. I would like to thank my father for nominating me and bhakti for posting me.

L>T: ;)
FLATLANDER: I agree--Bill's photo of Phineas is out-of-this-world cool, so I've taken down FLATCAT. (BTW--I thought your Flatcat avatar was cool!!)
PHINEAS: Wow! Thanks for visiting the blog. I figured by now, since you're famous and all, that you would have sent a PR person to accept the award. The NOIR look suits you. Your golden statue (or Morris the cat) is in the mail. ;)
Hey Phineas--where can I find a copy of 'Attack of the Killer Mice'? I think I need it right about now!!
Jerry
Congratulations Phineas!
I love Bill's blog :)
MILADY: I, too, love Bill's blog. It is so classy. Very clear in its intention, and beautifully executed. I think Bill's photographs are incredible in their composition, and beautifully juxtaposed with his captions.
What a beautiful photiograph of a darling beautiful cat! I would love to meet Phineus...He is so interestimg and mysterious in that photograph.
