Also Twinkies. They remain in the same state throughout their entire existence.
My Little Metal Guy--Hello!!!!!!
SO good to hear from you, Gyrobo.
:)
I must tell you that while I was dealing with my spinal injuries after my neck "broke", you brought so much joy into my life with your blog and your comments.
I fell out of the blogosphere for a long time...not many people left.
I'm on Twitter:
@BhaktiBrophy
I have tried contacting you via email several times. How are you?
Did you know that I have been in touch with PradeepK and Miladysa this week. Is this coincidence, our did someone tell you that I was trying to get in touch with you?
I hope this finds you well, Gyrobocop. LOL
Please keep in touch.
Bhakti
PS I refuse to link my blogger and Google+ account because I want to continue using the fabulous avatar you created for me! ;)
This is the first time I've been blogging in years. I'm about to go with some friends on a road trip, and I started thinking about the old days, and how amazing it was to talk to, and maintain friendships with, people so far away. I guess when Facebook and Twitter started taking off, the blogosphere dried up.
I've been doing well, just running around, working, hanging out with friends, trying new stuff all the time. Hard to compress several years into a few sentences, but that just proves I need to stay in contact more often. Speaking of avatars, I should probably change mine up a little since I now have a handlebar mustache rather than just a goatee.
I'm notoriously bad at responding to personal emails, I recently answered an email from another blogger that was sent about a year and a half ago.
The near-total absence of everyone who used to blog is something I'm still trying to get used to. I think that was one of the reasons I lost interest, so many people I talked to just seemed to vanish. I sent Flatlander an email, I hope he's okay.

Ha! A robot with a handlebar mustache--that sounds like fun! :)
I much prefer the blogosphere to FB.
Everyone had/has his or her own niche, which I find more unique and interesting.
I honestly thought that you and Flatlander were good friends outside the blogosphere (in the REAL unreal world). Thought perhaps you were college roommates or something. You two were hysterically funny together! :)
I miss the Flathead, too. :/
(Can't remember why I gave him the nickname Flathead...hmmm...)
Well, I for one am glad you are back.
I'm looking forward to reading more about the goings on over at Roboshrub, Inc. Sounds like a real family war is going on over there. Yikes!
I'm trying to decide if I want to publish my funny personal essays (that I originally published under the name Marcy_Peanut) on this blog. I'd use my name Bhakti, of course.
I'll probably wait until I launch my website www.BhaktiBrophy.com
Are you a web designer?
Keep in touch, my little metal guy!
: )
