Mr. Vonnegut: thank you for sharing your humor and intelligence in the form of letters. I honor you. You will be missed.
No matter how corrupt, greedy, and heartless our government, our corporations, media, and our religious and charitable institutions may become, the music will still be wonderful....

So far, I've read Cat's Cradle, Slaughterhouse Five, Welcome to the Monkey House, and Hocus Pocus. I got a long way to go.
Vonnegut will be missed. I just saw him in Back to School the other day. That guy was so funny.
It is sad news.
The passing of another hero.
It's strange I sort of assumed he was indestructable; The Wehrmacht, RAF-Bomber-command and cigaretts all failed to get him.
I wish I'd made an effort to see him/meet him.
I loved his stuff when I was in my twenties.
Didn't he also write "Venus on the Half Shell" under the pen name "Kilgore Trout"?
