Surgery Rescheduled
Dear Friends--Due to a low-grade fever, my surgery has been rescheduled for November 14. This will afford me the time I need to get my body and mind as strong and healthy as possible before the surgery.Thank you for your continued love and support.

Wow, time... what a concept. I don't know, Bhakti, I just don't know. It seemed that when we first met (electronically, of course, but very much a real "meeting"), I had all the time in the world. In fact, the very concept of time was a favorite diversion to dwell upon. Whether its nature is static or flowing... if it has a direction or perhaps it is all of these things.
Now, time is in short supply - like it were some kind of ethereal product that responds to the same economic laws of supply and demand - yet, no more can be made and no less can be consumed.
And still, all there is, was or ever will be is now.
I get busy, Bhakti, and I forget sometimes how very precious this moment – this one, right now – is. Then I go about my busy day, trying to remember what it is I have to do tomorrow… trying to catch up with friends in between… and I forget, you know. It’s now. It’s always and only now.
There is only one time.
