I couldn't sleep the other night, so I placed my camera on my windowsill and took some long exposures of the foggy night. In the above photo, the orange lights you see are actually a fire truck barreling down a street adjacent to the street I live on.

This is a photograph of an Evergreen tree highlighted by headlights that are muted from the fog.
This is the view out my window (long exposure) at 1:30AM.

Those are some cool pics. I love the fog. It's got a mystical quality - almost as though the earth is taking a nap. It seems to have a calming effect. And when it's really thick... well, ya never know what might be hiding in the fog.
